Land Use and Development COMMITTEE

The CIDNA Land Use and Development Committee evaluates all major projects in the Cedar-Isles-Dean neighborhood. Public meetings are announced through CIDNA’s monthly e-newsletter. The CIDNA Land Use and Development Committee makes recommendations to the CIDNA Board of Directors.

The committee meets as needed.

Public Meeting for Proposed 8-Story Building 
CIDNA's Land Use & Development Committee will hold a public meeting to see Brickstone's proposal to build an 8-story apartment project on the site of the Ministers Life Building at 3100 W. Lake Street (between Lake Point and the Loop Calhoun Condominiums).

6:00 p.m. at Jones-Harrison Residence, 3700 Cedar Lake Ave (Lakeview Room)
Public comments will be taken. The CIDNA Board of Directors may consider its formal position concerning the project in its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, June 14.
